LANService provides digital access, account configuration, and technical connectivity services designed to work with compatible third-party applications, platforms, and user-owned devices.
- LANService does not host, upload, store, retransmit, or broadcast media content.
- LANService does not own or control third-party content.
- LANService does not guarantee availability of any specific media.
All media accessed through third-party applications remains the property of its respective rights holders. Content availability, quality, and functionality may vary depending on device, region, third-party providers, and internet connection.
The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
- Prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
- LANService does not store full payment card information.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are generally final.
- Failure to activate the Service within 48 hours, provided correct user information was supplied.
- Prolonged technical issues directly caused by LANService and unresolved after reasonable support efforts.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@storelanservice.com.
6. User Accounts & Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Account sharing, resale, misuse, or abuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Prohibited Use
- Reselling or redistributing the Service.
- Circumventing security systems.
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes.
8. Service Availability & Limitations
LANService does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for internet provider outages, third-party interruptions, or device incompatibility.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
