1. Digital Services

LANService provides digital access and technical services. Due to the immediate nature of digital services, all purchases are generally final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, including:

  • Failure to activate the service within 48 hours, provided correct information was supplied
  • Extended technical issues directly caused by LANService and unresolved after support review

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact support@storelanservice.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for misuse, account sharing, third-party application issues, internet provider problems, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
